This is beta version of next Firefox Ribbon UI there might be a lot of bugs :)
user.js will force the file button to be in left side you have to place this to
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\profilename+profilenumber
or better change user_pref("browser.uiCustomization.state" value in prefs.js to that which is in user.js
